From listening to your initial brief we cover every step of your journey through the planning stages to installation, optimisation and ongoing aftercare.

A new Smart Home is a considered purchase and we work closely with you on every step of the journey through to installation and beyond.

To ensure we understand you're initial requirements and/or thoughts we like to take time to listen to your initial brief and wish list. We will listen, question, input and advise as we go through this conversation to ensure we all have a firm understanding before the project gets underway.

Having now understood your project scope in more detail we always advise a showroom appointment where we can demo the functionality discussed, showcase additional items and agree on the final scope for your project. We believe there is significant value in seeing this first hand in a relatable setting - our Approved Loxone Showroom.

Design
Having agreed on the scope we will take away any existing floorplans or other drawings you may have to design your true Smart Home incorporating everything agreed in the scope. This will be an iterative approach until you're happy with the final specification.

Installation and Configuration
Following completion of contracts for the agreed works we will work with you to plan in all required works to install and configure all aspects of your Smart Home.

Handover and Documentation
We don't leave you at the point your Smart Home is installed and configured. We run through all functionality with you, undertake any fine tuning to the configuration as part of this and hand over your working solution with full documentation for future reference if required.

Early Life Support and After Care
No project install is complete without the complimentary Early Life Support and if desired our ongoing After Care service to ensure we're on hand to answer any questions, make changes or new additions to your Smart Home in time to come.
